Abstract:
This talk introduces two effective tools used in rendering: Lightcuts and Spherical Harmonics (SH).
I outline an extension of the Lightcuts framework: the hierarchical GPU light clustering.
Similarly, I present an improved version of SH, in order to project and reconstruct visibility information.
